 TEST PROTOCALS FOR COVID-19

No Handshakes.        Please wash hands  before coming out for lesson.

Pupils must supply their own masks face covering  (wearing glasses does not count as a good reason not to wear a face covering.) 

and *gloves.   ( *if they choose to use them.......)  

 masks will be in car & available if they wish to use them.

Windows will be kept open at all times. Wear appropriate clothing.

The car will be SANITISED before you start.

Payments by cash : bank transfer or  card facilities available.

PRE-LESSON PROTOCOLS

Remote checking of licence…..send photo or code

• create a licence ‘check code’ to share your driving record with someone, for example a car hire company

Will call / text 24 hours before lesson to ascertain state of health.

Pupils will be briefed of the new norm of lessons.

Pupils will be briefed on any PPE to be used.

Pupils have to agree to any new T&C’s.

PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPTMENT…..PUPILS

NON Contact thermometer may be used prior to entry to car.

Do you wish to wear gloves ?
Need to supply your own.

Washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds is considered best.

Do you want to wear a face covering?

Some may not / health reasons ....wearing glasses does not count as a good reason not to wear a face covering.

Hand sanitizer will be available.

 
Separate bottles pupil/instructor.

  IN CAR PROTOCOL

All contact points will be wiped over after every pupil by myself.

Pupils will be given wipes on entry to clean contact points.

Vehicle ventilation...windows open…

 NO Air Conditioning.

All items to be kept in pockets….Not on dashboard or door pockets.

Any bags you bring for onward journey must go in the boot.

HEALTH SCREENING

Symptoms of C-19... have you had it, been tested for it, and had results of the test?

Shielding– Are you in a household of family members that are in enhanced risk health categories?

Do you have a continuous cough?

Do you have a high fever?

ADDITIONAL SANITISING OF CAR

Have purchased and use daily a car  “FOGGER “

which chemically sanitises the interior of the car.  It kills 99.9% of bacteria

COVID RESTRICTIONS LIFTED 

SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS

If you have Covid 19 symptoms take a lateral flow test.

if lesson is cancelled at short notice, less than 48 hours notice, citing Covid symptoms then send screenshot of PCR test result. 

if test is POSITIVE  then no charge for short notice lesson cancellation.

if NEGATIVE then fee for cancelled lesson must be paid.

if lesson can be reallocated to another pupil at short notice then no charge.
